Instructor

Zacha M. Ortiz-Correa is a passionate educator and course creator specializing in science education and technology integration. She holds a Bachelor’s in Molecular Biology and Secondary Education and a Master’s in Instructional Design and Technology Integration. With over 12 years of experience designing innovative STEM programs, she is certified in Fusion 360, Amgen Biotechnology Integration, and more. As the founder of 3D Tech Thinkers, she develops interactive courses that combine cutting-edge 3D technology with project-based learning to inspire creativity and critical thinking. Her expertise ranges from classroom teaching and educational workshop facilitation to STEM program design and digital tool integration for effective learning. She has won multiple STEM education awards, including First Place at the Microsoft Education Forum, Microsoft MIE Expert, AMISR-14 Internship at the Jicamarca Observatory, Research Experience for Teachers (RET) at the Arecibo Observatory, and the Neuroscience Scholarship Program (Fellowship). She is committed to fostering curiosity and excellence through hands-on, engaging content. Her professional approach is characterized by adaptability, collaboration, and dedication to empowering her students.
